We truly hope you are happy with your order, but if it isn’t quite right, we offer free returns to our UK and EU customers.
Arrange your return in 2 simple steps:
1. Securely rewrap the item(s) in the original packaging covering the outbound dispatch labels, fill out the returns form, include it in the package, and attach the prepaid DHL return label.
2. Once you have your return shipment ready, please arrange a DHL collection for a time and place that is convenient for you. Instructions on doing so will be provided along with the return label.

The rest of the world
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide free returns to our customers who are located outside of Europe, meaning that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please securely rewrap the item(s) in the original packaging covering the outbound dispatch labels, fill out the returns form, include it in the package, and organise shipment via a courier that’s most convenient to you. We kindly ask you to send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know we’re expecting a return from you.
If you would like to request a return due to a quality issue or an incorrect item received, please e-mail email@example.com explaining the issue and we will be happy to assist.
Returns with TOSHI Try Before You Buy:
If you want to return any item(s), the TOSHI stylist can return instantly on the day, or you can book the TOSHI stylist to come back on another day via your TOSHI account.
To return your item(s) for orders delivered with TOSHI:
- Please create your TOSHI account following the link in your email. Log onto your TOSHI account and select a half hour window for pick up.
- Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.
- Please have item(s) and original packaging ready for collection at the pre-determined time.
As soon as we receive your return, a quality control procedure will take place in order to determine the appropriateness of the returned item(s). The return will be eligible for a refund only if the goods are in the same condition you received them (unworn, unwashed, undamaged and all original tags still attached).
If you fail to return the goods in a condition which complies with the above obligations, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the item(s) up to the full price of the item(s).
You should know that if you request a personalization of our product(s), you will not be entitled to a right of withdrawal or exchange.
Any return exceeding the fourteen (14) day deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
